Thu 21st March 2024 - Blog Posts, Courses & Events Summaries, Policy Advice and Responses

On Wednesday 20 March, participants joined us and Nourish Scotland to share their views on the Scottish Government’s national Good Food Nation Plan.

This consultation is open to everyone across Scotland until close of business on Monday 22 April 2024.

Materials created by Scottish Government and Education Scotland to support participation by children and young people can be accessed here.

We will publish our response in due course.

About the Good Food Nation consultation

“We have set out a vision for Scotland to be a Good Food Nation, where people from every walk of life take pride and pleasure in, and benefit from, the food they produce, buy, cook, serve, and eat each day.

This Plan is the first of many steps to progress food system transformation in Scotland...This first national Good Food Nation Plan represents how the Scottish Government intends to use the powers and levers we have to work collectively with people, communities, businesses, agencies and organisations to meet our Good Food Nation ambitions.”
