Learning for Sustainability Scotland has been shortlisted for the ESD Okayama Award 2025

We’re delighted to announce that Learning for Sustainability Scotland has been shortlisted for the ESD Okayama Award 2025, which recognizes outstanding ESD (Education for Sustainable Development) initiatives across the world. 

This year, the organisers received 346 submissions from 81 countries around the world; the highest number in the history of the award.

About the Award

The ESD Okayama Award has been held since 2015 under the joint sponsorship of Okayama City and the ESD Okayama Award Steering Board, with the aim of honoring excellent examples of ESD in Japan and abroad, thereby supporting the activities of the award-winning project organizations and contributing to the spread of ESD activities.
