SUMMARY:It's back! 'Learning for a Sustainable Future' starts again 23 October
DESCRIPTION:We’re delighted to be running our ‘Learning for a Sustainable Future’ MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) once again. Since 2021\, over 6\,000 people from over 100 countries have taken part in this collaborative\, facilitated learning opportunity. \n\n\n\nJoin a personal and professional global learning journey towards a sustainable future.  \n\n\n\nWhat on Earth could be more important? \n\n\n\n\nClimate change\, gender equality\, health\, social equity\, and inclusion are issues that affect us all\, impacting human well-being and economic stability. How to live a sustainable life affects – and connects – everyone. \n    \n                \n    \n    \n\n\n\nOn this FREE five-week course\, you’ll develop an informed personal response to these major challenges as you’re supported to take positive actions towards a sustainable future. \n\n\n\nYou’ll learn more about current global issues and consider how we can all take action\, personally or locally. \n\n\n\nThe course has an additional strand for those working in formal or informal education\, who want to bring some of the activities and issues covered in the course into their own teaching. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nFind out more and sign up here. SUMMARY:Youth Work and Scotland’s refreshed Learning for Sustainability Action Plan
DESCRIPTION:“Making Learning for Sustainability a key driver in the future of Scottish education will not only enable us to heed the call to action from learners but will allow us to achieve much more besides. SUMMARY:Learning for Sustainability and the National Outcomes for Scotland
DESCRIPTION:What kind of Scotland do you want to see? \n\n\n\nHave your say on the blueprint for Scotland – the National Performance Framework. \n\n\n\nScotland’s National Performance Framework was revised and published in 2018. It contains eleven National Outcomes that shape both national and local policy – and all of these are aligned to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. \n\n\n\nThe Scottish Government wants to hear from people and communities across Scotland about whether the Framework – and the National Outcomes it contains – continues to reflect the kind of Scotland we want to see.
