The Annual General Meeting was held on Tuesday 9 December at the University of Edinburgh, Moray House School of Education. Around fifty members braved the winds and the rain to discuss Learning for Sustainability (ESD) here in Scotland and on the global stage, to learn about the work and achievements that have been carried out in collaboration with our members and discuss future aims and objectives for the organisation and Learning for Sustainability across all sectors as a whole.
At every event, Learning for Sustainability Scotland aims to provide opportunities to challenge thinking, learn practical skills and create a space for networking, sharing and collaboration and the AGM was no different. We hosted two interactive taster workshops discussing the landscape for Learning for Sustainability in a post independence referendum Scotland with John Downie from SCVO and looking how to start developing a funding application for a successful outcome with Pam Judson, an independent fundraising trainer and consultant.
