Exploring relevance and approaches in LfS in times of crisis and calm

3rd June 2020 , 12:30 pm 2:00 pm

Online Webinar June 3rd 2020 12.30 – 2pm Click here to register!
Over the past few weeks people around the world have risen to the challenge of responding to global challenges manifesting at local levels. We are ALL touched by Covid-19, and each of us has had to reflect individually on what really matters to us. Learning for Sustainability is about working to create a flourishing, equitable and sustainable world. What do the current challenges mean for us, our work and our planet? You are warmly welcomed to join Learning for Sustainability Scotland members from across Scotland for an interactive webinar which aims to:
  • critically reflect on the current and future need for Learning for Sustainability approaches
  • explore the relevance and contribution of LfS in the current Covid 19 context and in future periods of crisis and calm
  • share and celebrate the approaches of LfS practitioners from around Scotland who have found new ways of working to engage their communities
  • inspire new thinking and approaches for the future
The detailed programme for this session will be available closer to the date.  The webinar aims to be relevant to LfS Scotland members across all sectors, including further and higher education, ELC, schools and community engagement. Please get in touch with Laura (youth@lfsscotland.org)  if you have practice that you are willing to share.
