    This year's AGM date is

    Thursday 18 January 2018.
    10.30am - 2.30pm.

We are delighted to announce the date of our popular AGM & Networking event and invite you to join in.

We are working on the various elements of the agenda and will launch it soon.

As a valued member of LfS Scotland, participating in our AGM & Networking afternoon means you'll have the chance to help shape the work of the network and take part in interactive workshops and talks which will provide useful skills to take back into your organisation. You'll also have the chance to meet and network with other members and find out more about the Learning for Sustainability community.

The AGM & Networking afternoon is always a popular event with our members and previous years have reached capacity. Please make sure you don't miss out by putting Thursday 18 January 2018 in your diary and booking your place as soon as our booking system is open.

This year we are looking for nominations for people to represent the membership on our steering group and there will be news about how you can vote for the nominees online if you can't make it to the event. Further information will follow...

From the comfort of your own home, at a time and location that suits you, you can now take part in the LfS Connecting Classrooms course in a way that fits around your other committments.

Join the hundreds of teachers in Scotland who have participated in the Learning for Sustainability: Connecting Classrooms course and are now eligible to apply for funding for overseas partnership projects and continuing to work towards GTCS Professional Recognition for Learning for Sustainability.

The Learning for Sustainability: Connecting Classrooms course is an opportunity to grapple with what Learning for Sustainability means, what existing and new skills are required and how this might look in your school context. Connecting with Curriculum for Excellence and the National improvement Framework it will enable you to plan and implement LfS approaches in your classroom and school.

Teachers from all over Scotland are finding LfS: Connecting Classrooms to be an inspirational opportunity to enhance their teaching practice, and to open up learner's passions in a new and natural way.
