Learning for Sustainability Scotland is a GTCS Professional Learning Award winner

Learning for Sustainability Scotland has received a General Teaching Council for Scotland Excellence in Professional Learning award at an evening of celebration in Glasgow.

Speaking at the ceremony GTCS Chief Executive Ken Muir GTCS said ‘this award identifies organisations which aim through their work ‘to develop and enhance teachers’ knowledge, expertise and skill; develop their professionalism, and to impact positively on learning experiences and outcomes of children and young people’.

LfS Scotland’s Making Connections through Learning for Sustainability professional learning programme, run in partnership with Moray House, University of Edinburgh and funded by the British Council and DfID, also received the GTCS Professional Recognition award.
